Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Ron Lyons, a sole proprietor doing business as Coach Ron Lyons, Do Life Healthier, and FreedomSwitch USA ("Coach Ron," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit coachronlyons.com, freedomswitchusa.com, and related pages, funnels, and booking links (the "Site"), communicate with us by email, text, phone, or social media, or enroll in our coaching programs (together, the "Services").

This policy covers Coach Ron Lyons's private coaching business only. If you participate in a program run by another organization where Coach Ron works or trains clients (for example, a gym or wellness center), that organization's privacy practices govern the information it collects.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

• Contact information: name, email address, phone number, mailing or home address (for in-home sessions), and city/state.
• Consultation and booking information: appointment times, goals, and information you share during your free consultation.
• Health and fitness information (only if you become a client or choose to share it): health history, medical conditions, injuries, medications and supplements, InBody scan results (such as body composition, visceral fat, skeletal muscle, BMR, and hydration), optional blood work results you choose to provide, physical assessment results, nutrition habits and food preferences, sleep and stress information, progress measurements, and progress photos.
• Household product information you share during the clean home product audit.
• Payment information: when you pay by online payment link, payment details are processed by our payment processor (such as Stripe through our client management platform). We do not store full card numbers. If you pay by Zelle or Venmo, those services process your payment under their own privacy policies.
• Communications: messages, emails, texts, survey responses, testimonials, and reviews you send us.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring website, and approximate location derived from IP address.
• Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 5).
• Email and text engagement data, such as whether a message was delivered or opened and whether links were clicked.

Information from others

• Social media platforms, if you interact with our pages or ads (for example, when you respond to an ad or message us on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok).
• Referrals from other clients, partners, or facilities.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Respond to inquiries and schedule consultations and sessions.
• Design, deliver, and adjust your personalized training, nutrition, supplement, and clean-living program.
• Track your progress and prepare check-ins and reassessments.
• Process payments and send receipts and invoices.
• Send service messages (appointment reminders, check-ins, program updates) by email or text.
• Send marketing emails and, if you opted in, marketing texts about tips, free resources, offers, and new programs.
• Deliver free guides and other resources you request.
• Measure and improve our Site, content, and advertising.
• Protect the safety of our clients and our business, prevent fraud, and comply with the law.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade lists.

We share information only as follows:

• Service providers who help us run the business and are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us, including: our CRM and marketing platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), which hosts our website, forms, booking calendar, email, and text messaging; text-message carriers and aggregators that deliver our messages; payment processors; video conferencing (Zoom); website hosting, security, and analytics providers (such as Cloudflare); and email and document tools.
• With your direction or consent: for example, if you ask us to coordinate with your doctor, a family member, a training partner in a couples package, or a facility where you train or get an InBody scan.
• Legal and safety reasons: to comply with law, a subpoena, or court order; to protect someone's safety; or to enforce our agreements.
• Business transfer: if our business is sold or reorganized, information may transfer to the successor, which must honor this policy.

4. Email and Text Message Communications

• Email: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link at the bottom of any email. We will honor requests promptly. You may still receive service emails about your account or sessions.
• Text messages: We send texts only if you opt in. We may send non-marketing texts (appointment reminders, check-ins, program updates) and, if you separately opt in, marketing texts. Texts may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also opt out by emailing [email protected]. Opting out of marketing texts does not cancel your coaching program. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchase.

5. Cookies, Pixels, and Advertising

Our Site uses cookies, pixels, and similar tools to make the Site work, understand how visitors use it, and show our ads to people who may be interested. These include:

• Site functionality cookies from our website platform.
• Analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics).
• Advertising pixels from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, which collect information such as pages you view on our Site and your interactions, so we can measure ad performance and show our ads to you on those platforms.

These platforms use this information under their own privacy policies. We do not send your health questionnaire answers or health information to advertising platforms.

Your choices: You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; adjust ad preferences in your Meta and TikTok account settings; and opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info. If you would like us to stop using your information for targeted advertising, email [email protected].

Do Not Track: Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. There is no common standard for responding to these signals, so our Site does not currently respond to them.

Third parties: Meta, TikTok, and our analytics provider may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our Site.

6. How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, such as password-protected accounts, limited access to client files, and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please avoid sending detailed medical records by regular email or text unless necessary; we can provide a secure upload option on request.

We are not a medical provider, and the federal HIPAA law generally does not apply to our coaching services. We nonetheless treat your health information as confidential.

7. How Long We Keep Information

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes in this policy:

• Leads and subscribers: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, plus a short period for records of your opt-out.
• Client records (health, program, and progress information): for the length of your coaching relationship and up to 7 years afterward for safety, liability, tax, and legal reasons, unless you ask us to delete them sooner and we are not required to keep them.
• Payment records: as required for tax and accounting.
• Records of your text and email consent and opt-outs: as long as needed to prove compliance.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You may ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your information (subject to legal or record-keeping exceptions).
• Stop sending you marketing emails or texts.
• Stop using your information for targeted advertising.
• Withdraw consent you previously gave, including for health information.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Residents of certain states (such as California, Washington, Nevada, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and others) may have additional rights under their state laws; we will honor requests consistent with applicable law. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response.

9. Children

Our Services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If a minor participates in a family session, a parent or guardian must provide consent and the minor's information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-Party Links and Products

Our Site links to other websites, including product partners, our Amazon storefront, and social media pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. When you buy through a partner or affiliate link, the partner may tell us a purchase occurred so we can be credited.

11. Testimonials and Photos

We will only publish your name, testimonial, results, or photos with your permission. You can ask us to remove a testimonial at any time.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. We will post the updated version with a new "Last Updated" date, and for material changes we will notify clients by email.
