InBody Scan — Your Data Foundation

Before your first session you'll complete an InBody scan. This is non-negotiable — it's what separates a guessed program from a precision one. The scan reveals your visceral fat level, skeletal muscle mass, BMR, segmental lean analysis, and hydration status.

  • Local clients: Nutrishop Vacaville (free), Active Wellness Center, or similar providers
  • Remote clients: Find an InBody provider near you — most gyms and nutrition stores offer it
  • Optional: Basic blood work (fasting glucose, HbA1c, hormone panel, Vitamin D) for deeper insight

Session 1 — Intake & Assessment (Up to 90 Minutes)

The most comprehensive session in the program. This is where your complete baseline is established — everything else is measured against it.

  • In-depth nutrition intake — current habits, preferences, food dislikes, meal timing, hydration, supplements

  • Physical assessment — postural analysis, strength, balance, flexibility, segmental symmetry

Following the intake session, your complete personalized program is built and delivered — nutrition, training, supplements, and clean home audit all at once.

  • After 6–8 weeks transitions to 1 session/week if training independently, or continues at 2–3 if preferred
